As president of Working Solutions, Kim Houlne is recognized as the founder of the homeshoring virtual contact center industry. Her pioneering company broke ground in 1996 as the home-based agent model. In 2014, industry analyst Ovum reaffirmed Working Solutions’ position as an industry leader, with agents in all 50 states. Based in Plano, Texas, Working Solutions is one of the largest virtual agent workforces in the world.
